Recipe solar stove: Rosemary chili shrimps perfect as an aperitif / with salad or fresh bread

Weather: with little sun, unstable weather

Number of molds: depending on the quantity you prepare
Ventilation: completely open

Ingredients:
Per person, about 4-5 raw shrimp tails (peeled except for the tail end), garlic clove, chili, olive oil, rosemary sprig (fresh), fleur de sel, lemon, liquid honey.

Wash the shrimps and put them in a bowl.
Peel and roughly chop the garlic, cut the chili in half, remove the seeds and chop finely, pluck the rosemary, add everything to the shrimps and salt.
Mix everything carefully and distribute it in the molds and put it in the drawer of the solar stove, close the drawer, orient the solar stove to the sun open the lid. The preparation begins
Take the food out of the solar stove, put everything in a bowl, grate a little lemon peel over it, squeeze lemon juice, drizzle with honey and mix everything. Then serve as desired
